The honest framing

Most people who open this page are checking on themselves, or on someone close to them, rather than expecting a crisis. That's the right instinct. Biggerz is built around casino, sportsbook and prediction-market products that are meant to stay entertainment, and this page sets out the controls we give you to keep it that way, alongside where to get free help if it stops working.

Gambling should cost you only what you've decided in advance to spend, and only time you're happy to have spent. Nothing on this page assumes you have a problem — it assumes you'd rather have the tools before you need them.

Behaviour that should worry you

A few patterns are worth taking seriously rather than shrugging off:

  • Chasing a loss with a bigger stake to "get it back" the same session
  • Lying to people close to you about how much time or money you've put in
  • Borrowing, or dipping into money set aside for bills, to keep playing
  • Feeling irritable or low when you try to cut down
  • Gambling to escape stress rather than for the entertainment itself

Self-assessment

Answer these honestly, on your own — no one else sees it:

  • Have you gambled longer than you meant to, more than once recently?
  • Have you needed to gamble with more money to get the same enjoyment?
  • Have you tried to cut back and struggled to stick to it?
  • Do you feel restless or irritable when not gambling?
  • Have you hidden bets or losses from family or a partner?
  • Have you sold anything, or gone without something needed, to fund play?
  • Has gambling put a relationship, your job, or your studies at risk?

A single "yes" isn't a diagnosis. Several "yes" answers, or one that keeps repeating, is a reason to use the tools below or talk to one of the organisations further down.

Biggerz's deposit and time controls

We give you several ways to put a ceiling on your own play, and each one works differently:

  • Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account
  • Loss limits — play stops automatically once your losses hit a threshold you set
  • Session reminders — a notification showing how long you've been playing, so a session doesn't quietly run on
  • Time-outs — blocks account access for a fixed 24–48 hours, useful for a cooling-off period rather than a full break
  • Self-exclusion — disables the account until you say otherwise; you request it by messaging our Customer Support Department from the email registered to your account, and it takes effect within 24 hours

A time-out is the tool to reach for after a single bad session. Self-exclusion is the one for a longer break, and unlike the time-out it doesn't lapse on its own — it stays until you contact us to lift it.

Blocking software

If you'd rather not rely on willpower alone once a time-out ends, Gamban and the free BetBlocker both block gambling sites at device level, across most platforms, and neither needs the casino's cooperation to work.

Support organisations in the UK

These are free, confidential and independent of Biggerz:

  • GamCare — the National Gambling Helpline, 0808 8020 133, free and open 24/7
  • BeGambleAware — information and free confidential support
  • Gordon Moody — residential and online treatment for more entrenched problem gambling
  • GamStop — free national self-exclusion covering UK-licensed gambling sites

Taking a break

You don't need a reason ready before you ask for a time-out or self-exclusion — a message to our support team from your registered email is enough to start either one. If you're supporting someone else through this, the same organisations above take calls from family members, not only from the person gambling.

Protecting minors

Biggerz is restricted to players aged 18 and over (18+), and that applies without exception. If a device you gamble on is ever shared with a child, parental-control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio adds a layer beyond the account login itself.

Questions about any of these tools can go to [email protected].

Gambling should be entertainment, not a chore.

This site is for players aged 18 and over (18+) only. If gambling ever stops feeling like entertainment, free and confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org.
